Wide Throat Pumps

SYNO Widethroat Pumps have been designed to handle highly viscous materials, such as Sludges, Slurries, Thick Non-Flowing Pastes and De-watered Sludge cake with Viscosities up to 1,**0,**0cP.



The standard design consists of an enlarged rectangular inlet with a screw conveyor to assist the product into the pumping element. Options are available to modify the inlet with either large diameter augers, integral bridge breakers or both.

Syno pump possesses an idle pumping principal for handling substances of extreme consistency.To gain full advantage of its versatility for such duties this pumping technique enables efficient & easy pumping of non-Newtonian or plasticviscous fluids. To achieve this function the pump is fitted with alloy steel/stainless steel. Auger cum coupling rod which pushes viscous substances.Into the pumping element. For corrosive and hygienic application product retaining pockets are completely eliminated, avoiding bacteriological and chemical contamination. MOC available in wide range.
